The Rush County Historian, John D. Wilson, has authored a series of articles that chronicle the county's history, and they can be found at the Rush County Historical Society's Bicentennial page.
The Bicentennial Committee just announced the availability of the special edition Tee Shirt to commemorate the Bicentennial!
Tee-Shirts are $15 and range in size from small to XXX, and can pre-ordered by sending an email to Brian Sheehan. The special Bicentennial coloring books were issued to the elementary schools at the beginning of this semester, and may still be available for purchase at the Rushville Pharmacy, Mocha Moose, or at City Hall. Proceeds benefit the Bicentennial celebration.
